2011324&ensp·&enspI appreciate all the info. I will be doing a run/walk program for both the half and full. I cannot run the whole thing. I do not know why, but the galloway calculator link given is different than the information given by galloway through the RunDisney site. I am following the galloway half training program given through that site.
